This high-end travel agency in Vietnam is in the top 500 global travel companies that have achieved Travelife Certification this year.
The award ceremony will take place within the framework of ITB Berlin 2025 from March 4 to 6, the world's largest tourism fair.
Travelife Certified is the highest certification level for travel companies committed to sustainable development.
To achieve this certification, businesses must meet strict criteria on environmental protection, business ethics and human rights, fair labor, responsible cooperation with partners and raising customer awareness of sustainable tourism. Each criterion is re-evaluated every 3 to 5 years.

Mr. Naut Lusters, Travelife Program Manager for travel agencies, commented that the fact that a luxury travel agency in Vietnam is the first to achieve sustainability certification will inspire many other companies in this country and across Asia to continue on this path.
I am delighted to see the tourism industry increasingly focusing on sustainability, Lusters said.

Nowadays, tourists not only require professional services but also want tour products to be responsible for the community, the environment and sustainability. Meeting these requirements is also a way for businesses to develop green tourism and receive recognition.
Dr. Pham Ha, Founder & CEO of Lux Travel DMC and LuxGroup, shared: We strongly believe that the future of luxury travel must be associated with sustainable development, and we are committed to pioneering this path in Vietnam and throughout Asia.
The Travelife program is supported by more than 35 national tourism associations, including 20 European tourism associations. Since 2012, more than 1,500 travel companies have participated in sustainable tourism training, and more than 500 companies worldwide have met Travelife Certified standards.
This certification was born in 2007 in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 9001, ISO 26000 on Social Responsibility, and is also recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).
