Lao Dong reporter present in Hien Luong, the land that has just been merged into Da Bac commune, Phu Tho province. Completely different from the dry appearance of half a month ago, at this time the lake water is clear and clear, the water level rises every day.

In early June, there was a time when the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was less than 5m from the dead water level. During the dry season, boaters have to follow small paths, the bottom of the lake is clearly visible in every area.
By July 1, according to the update from Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant, the lake's water level had risen to 100.3m. Although the water level is still low compared to the normal water level (117m), this recovery makes the people living along the lake feel relieved after a long time living in deep water, with boats having to stay ashore.

Ms. Huong - a resident living near Hien Luong boat dock, said: "For the past few weeks, the water has risen steadily, increasing by 1 - 1.5m per day. The landscape has changed completely, boats and boats are more convenient to enter and exit, and there are more tourists, especially on weekends. Thanks to that, tourist services are also bustling again.
Mr. Bui Van Thu, a cage fish farmer in Mo hamlet, Da Bac commune, shared: "When the water dropped, the fish lacked oxygen and died quite a lot. The family was worried about losing everything. Now the water is rising steadily, I breathe a sigh of relief. I am raising 3 fish cages, this is the main source of life for the whole family.

For local people, the rising lake water is not only a positive signal of nature, but also a hope for livelihood. Cage fish farming is more favorable, tourism is bustling again, food, transportation, accommodation services... are also gradually improving.
Ms. Tham - a tourist from Hanoi shared that she returned to Hoa Binh Lake with a curious mind after hearing the news that the water had receded deep into the bottom.
"I think I will see many sections of the lake with the bottom still uncovered, who would have thought the water would rise so quickly. On both sides of the lake, there are still young grass and wild sunflowers growing together - like the remnants of the remaining dry season. The lake scenery at this time is both fresh and a little nostalgic," said Ms. Tham.

Each season, Hoa Binh Lake has its own beauty. When the water flows back, the grass revives, people's hearts are shocked. Boats depart to take visitors to explore the endless beauty of the Northwest.
