On March 25, the Hue Ancient Citadel Relic Preservation Center just announced the rules of the 2026 Vietnam Jewelry Queen Contest.
The final round of the contest held in Hue aims to promote the local image, contribute to promoting economic and tourism development; and at the same time introduce the country, people of Vietnam and the quintessence of jewelry and gemstones to domestic and international friends.
Accordingly, the "11th Vietnam Jewelry Queen" contest under the copyright of the Vietnam Jewelry and Gems Association (VGJA) continues to receive applications until before October 10.
The contest is organized nationwide to honor the luxurious, magnificent beauty, intelligence of women and the talented hands of Vietnamese jewelry artisans.
Participating candidates are female, from 18 to 33 years old, living and working at home and abroad, holding Vietnamese nationality. Candidates must meet the following conditions: height from 1.6 m or more; high school graduation; not married, not married, not having children; not gender reassignment; having natural, harmonious beauty (possibly with appropriate cosmetic surgery).
It is expected that the final round of the competition will take place from October 13 to October 18, 2026 in Hue City. The prize structure includes: Jewelry Queen worth 300 million VND; Runner-up 1 receives 250 million VND; Runner-up 2 receives 150 million VND.
The organizing committee awarded 9 sub-prizes including: Beauty of Compassion; Beauty of Ao Dai; Beauty of Evening Gown; Beauty of Lovely Face; Beauty of Beautiful Skin; Beauty of Communication; Beauty of Tourism; Beauty of Fashion; Beauty of Talent, each prize worth 20 million VND.
The contest is held periodically every 2 years nationwide. The organization of the final round in Hue City aims to promote the local image, contribute to promoting tourism and economic development, and introduce Vietnamese culture and people to friends at home and abroad.
