According to a report by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hung Yen province, during the 9-day Lunar New Year holiday (from February 14-22, i.e., December 27 of the year At Ty to January 6 of the year Binh Ngo), Hung Yen province welcomed nearly 1 million visitors, an increase of 86.6% compared to the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, including nearly 1,500 international visitors.
The number of tourists increased sharply in most tourist areas and attractions, especially spiritual tourist attractions and entertainment and experiential areas.
At many relics and tourist destinations of the province such as Keo Pagoda, Chuong Pagoda, Nom Pagoda, Dong Bang Temple, Tran Temple, Mau Temple, Tien La Temple..., the average number of visitors reached 10,000 - 20,000 visitors/day, creating a vibrant spring travel and worship atmosphere in cultural and spiritual spaces.
Notably, Ecopark Hung Yen attracts about 25,000 visitors/day; Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 and Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 welcome about 30,000 visitors/day to visit, play, and experience.
In addition, many traditional craft villages in the province also attract the attention of tourists, contributing to enriching tourism products and creating highlights for the Hung Yen tourism picture at the beginning of the year.
