In recent years, Vietnam tourism has become a trend for Koreans, especially coastal cities like Nha Trang and Da Nang.
A Korean blogger nicknamed "Ice Whale" visited Nha Trang in mid-October and shared her special experiences. She ate at "An Thoi" restaurant, a popular place for foreign tourists.
"I walked into the restaurant and felt like I was in Korea. There were a lot of Koreans dining here. Maybe that's why the dishes are very suitable for Korean customers' taste," the female tourist said.
"Ice Whale" and her family ordered beef pho, banh xeo, bun cha, pineapple fried rice, stir-fried morning glory with garlic, grilled scallops and grilled oysters. She described drinking beer and eating Vietnamese food as making her feel "as happy as if she had the whole world".
"The beef noodle soup is delicious, my family really likes it. I also tried the restaurant's best-selling dish, banh xeo, and a very generous portion of bun cha. Both dishes are very cheap compared to Korea. This will definitely be a place many Koreans visit," the female tourist shared.
The dishes all satisfied the female tourist and her family. The bill for 11 people was less than 100,000 won (more than 1.8 million VND).
"I liked the banh xeo so much that I came back here to eat it one more time before returning to Korea. If I come back to Nha Trang again, I will definitely come back again."
