On April 28, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that it had urgently directed the Department of Finance to inspect the implementation of declaration and listing of accommodation service prices for the April 30 and May 1 holidays.
Currently, the Department of Finance is developing a plan to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect compliance with the law on price declaration, price listing and sale at listed prices of tourism accommodation service establishments in the province during the holidays of April 30 and May 1.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee directs the Department of Finance to promptly detect and rectify shortcomings in state management, and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law to create a healthy business environment for organizations and individuals doing accommodation services.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa province, the April 30 and May 1 holidays this year will last up to 5 days (from April 30 to May 4), so the number of tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa is expected to increase.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued an official dispatch requesting businesses to strengthen measures to ensure service for tourists during the holidays.
Accordingly, the department requires strict implementation of regulations on price registration, price listing and selling at the correct price; maintaining service quality, ensuring security and safety conditions for tourists; complying with regulations on traffic flow, parking of vehicles and boats in the right place to limit congestion.
