Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Hanoi night tourism promotion program 2024 with the theme "Truc Bach Night", Ms. Dang Huong Giang - Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism, said: "The Truc Bach Night tourism promotion program 2024 is of great significance in continuing to affirm the efforts and role of the City in focusing on developing the night economy through tourism products, aiming to exploit the potential of the Capital in a comprehensive and sustainable manner".
Hanoi night, with the sparkling lights and historical breath through every street corner, is a unique model, helping visitors discover a very different Hanoi - a charming, poetic and profound Hanoi. Up to now, the city has 20 night tourism products. Many Hanoi night tourism products are unique, high quality and contribute to the socio-economic development of the capital.
Accordingly, the Organizing Committee has chosen “Ngoc Island - Truc Bach” to organize the event, a location that is considered an area with peaceful natural landscape, truly “passionate Hanoi”, a location that carries within it layers of historical and cultural sediments that have been built up over many centuries.
Hanoi possesses a rich system of scenic spots and cultural heritage. This is not only a suitable location for organizing cultural and artistic activities but can also strongly develop services such as cuisine, entertainment, and night-time tourism.
The program "Truc Bach Night" is held for 3 days from November 29 to December 1, 2024 with many attractive activities. The highlight is the Opening Ceremony with the event of announcing 3 city-level tourist destinations and 2 professions in Ba Dinh District, the event of launching tourism products and introducing the cultural spaces of old Hanoi on Metro Line 6.
At the same time, visitors will have interesting experiences and return to the memories of one of the special periods of the country - the Subsidy Period. For the first time in Hanoi, the entire event space will be set up as a film studio with the backdrop of an old quarter, with tram cars, department stores...
