On the morning of October 30, in Vu Tien commune, Hung Yen province, the Keo Pagoda Autumn Festival in 2025 officially opened. This year, the festival organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism takes place from October 30 to November 4 (ie September 10 - 15, At Ty year) with many unique activities, bearing the cultural imprint of the Red River Delta.
During the 6 festivals, the ceremony was solemnly performed, in accordance with traditional rituals that have been preserved for many generations. Visitors to Keo Pagoda festival have the opportunity to admire and learn about special rituals such as: confession ceremony, commended grace service, Phat Phap Phap puppet dance, frog dance, Phat Phap Phap flower festival, and wedding activities of associations, people and Buddhists.
The highlight of this year's opening ceremony is a special art program called "Light of the Quang God", inspired by the phap thuat of Zen master Duong Khong Lo - the national champion of the Ly Dynasty.

The program consists of 3 parts, combining many traditional arts such as Cheo, brocade swimming, puppetry, frog dance... performed by professional artists and actors, recreating the typical spiritual and cultural space of the nearly 400-year-old pagoda festival.
In addition to the ceremony and art program, this year's festival also has many new points when interwoven with vibrant cultural - artistic activities and folk games. Visitors can experience the traditional festival space with singing yachts, exchanging with clubs, competing in the phoenix betel competition... creating a joyful atmosphere, connecting the community.

For a long time, "Return to the Keo Pagoda Festival" has become a unique cultural beauty, the pride of the people of Vu Tien in particular and Hung Yen in general. Keo Pagoda was recognized as a special national monument in 2012; Keo Pagoda festival was recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2017; and in 2021, Keo Pagoda's incense offering site was recognized as a national treasure.
Those values continue to be honored through this year's festival - a testament to the enduring vitality of the heritage, while affirming the position of Keo Pagoda as a typical cultural and spiritual destination of Hung Yen province and the Northern Delta region.
