Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2024 is held to commemorate the 724th death anniversary of national hero Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan; commemorating the 582nd death anniversary of National Hero, World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai; honor the Tran Dynasty in the cause of protecting the Fatherland.
According to the plan, at the Kiep Bac Relic Site on September 12 (ie the 10th day of the 8th lunar month) the Reporting Ceremony will take place. On September 18 (August 16 of the lunar calendar), a series of activities will take place including the opening of an exhibition of antiques with the theme: "Cultural heritage of the Tran Dynasty in Hai Duong", the opening of the Week of Culture, Tourism and Contact. Promote the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival in 2024; Awarded the final round of the 2024 Hai Duong Province Tour Guide Contest.

On September 19 (August 17 of the lunar calendar), activities such as the Army Reunion Performance on Luc Dau River will take place; Performing Water Puppet Art; Opening of the Performing Arts Festival and activities of the Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week.
Hai Duong province also organizes Water Puppet Art performance activities; Peace Praying Ceremony and Lantern Festival; Festival of Performances for the Saint on September 20; Closing the Performing Arts Festival on September 21 and organizing the procession, sacrificial ceremony, death anniversary of Saint Tran and closing the Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week on September 22.
At the Con Son Relic Area, on September 18, a procession will also take place, commemorating the 582nd death anniversary of National Hero, World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai; Sacrifice ceremony at Nguyen Trai temple, Tran Nguyen Dan temple.
The festival contributes to promoting the outstanding global cultural heritage values of the relic site while Hai Duong province , along with Quang Ninh and Bac Giang provinces, welcomed expert delegations to appraise documents submitted to the Education and Training Organization. The United Nations Science and Culture (UNESCO) recognized the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son and Kiep Bac Monuments and Scenic Landscape Complex as a world heritage site.
