According to information from the organizing committee of the 2025 Vesak Buddhist Festival, it is expected that from 6am on May 17, the Buddha's benefits will be presented from Quan Su Pagoda to Tam Chuc Pagoda.
The route of the Khong Phat Xanh rain route from Quan Su pagoda is in the direction of Giai Phong road, Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway to Liem Tuyen toll station (Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province), through Liem Chinh bridge - Le Cong Thanh street - Bien Hoa street - National Highway 1A - Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee - Hong Phu bridge to Tam Chuc pagoda.
From 10am - 11:30am, the Buddha's grace is led to the Tam Quan gate outside Tam Chuc pagoda. From 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Buddha's grace is being led around Tam Chuc Lake to Tam Quan Inner Temple.

From 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Buddha's protection is being paid from the three officialdoms to the Tam The temple to worship the monk, Buddhists and the people. The worship time for Buddhists, people and tourists is from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. every day from July 17 to May 20.
To worship the Buddha's grace, Buddhists can travel by road, boat and electric car. From May 17-20, tourists and Buddhists coming to Tam Chuc Pagoda to attend the festival to worship and pay their respects to the Buddha will be able to use free boats and electric cars, and free vegetarian meals.

If traveling by road, from Tam Quan Ngoai gate, people and Buddhists go around Tam Chuc lake, through Quan Am temple, Giao Chu temple to Tam The temple, the place to worship the Buddha's Rewards. The distance from Tam Quan Ngoai to Tam The Palace is about 3.3-3.5km long.
If traveling by electric car, visitors can go to the central parking lot and then get on a bus to Tam The Palace, travel time is 10-15 minutes.
Visitors traveling by boat will board the boat at the International Convention Center Boat Dock to Tam Quan Noi, then go through Quan Am Palace and Giao Mai Palace to Tam The Palace.
On the afternoon of May 21, at Tam Chuc pagoda, a farewell ceremony for Cai Lu Phat will take place, then Cai Lu Phat will be taken to Noi Bai International Airport to return to India.
