The 4th Vietnamese Banh Mi Festival in 2026 with the theme "Vietnamese Banh Mi, the value of world cuisine - spreading to five continents" will take place on April 23-26 at Le Van Tam Park. The event has a scale of about 150 booths, expected to welcome more than 200,000 visitors to visit and experience.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh - Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, Vietnamese banh mi has a development journey of more than 150 years, from introduction to the process of creative localization. The delicate combination of ingredients, processing methods and taste has made banh mi one of the world's famous street foods.

In addition, the 22nd Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2026 will take place in early April. This is an annual stimulus event, promising to bring many preferential programs and new experiences for tourists.

On that basis, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism has developed a domestic and international tourism promotion program for 2026. In which, domestic promotion activities continue to be invested in upgrading, contributing to promoting sustainable tourism growth.
