On March 19, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association said that the 4th Vietnam Banh Mi Festival in 2026 with the theme "Vietnamese Banh Mi, world culinary value - spreading to five continents" will be held on April 23-26 at Le Van Tam Park.
This year's festival with a scale of 150 booths, is expected to welcome more than 200,000 visitors to visit and experience. To date, more than 100 units have registered to participate.
The organizing committee focuses on ensuring food safety and hygiene, closely coordinating with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety to implement control procedures. Participating units must complete legal procedures, and at the same time, strictly implement hygiene procedures from participating in training classes to operating, processing and preserving food.
This festival is also a place for the intersection of Vietnamese and French cultures; rich experiential spaces such as the festival gate are mascots of the Year of the Horse and small scenes of lotus flowers, Eiffel Tower made of bread.
