According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, in 2025, the City's Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board will implement the project to repair and renovate the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council - People's Committee. In addition, Ho Chi Minh City will welcome delegates to attend the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
Therefore, to ensure the service of the celebration, the safety of visitors, labor safety and the progress of the project, the Department of Tourism has temporarily suspended the organization of this tour program. The expected time to reopen the tour program has not been specifically announced.
On the occasion of New Year 2025, the program to visit the National Architectural and Artistic Relic of the Headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City welcomed about 2,077 domestic and international visitors.

On April 30-May 1, 2023, the headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City opened for the first time and welcomed 51 groups with nearly 1,500 domestic and international tourists to visit. This is one of the city's famous ancient architectural works.
