On April 21, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had just approved the operation of two non-subsidized inter-provincial tourist bus routes, using open-top single-decker vehicles, connecting many prominent tourist attractions in Nha Trang.
According to Decision No. 358, two tourist bus routes including route No. 25 (Nha Trang City Tour) and route No. 26 (Nha Trang Sightseeing Tour), organized by Western Pacific Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company, are operated for a period of 5 years, starting from mid-April 2026.
Tourist bus route No. 25 (Nha Trang City Tour) uses a one-story open-top bus, with a capacity of 24 passengers (20 seats, 4 standing seats). The route operates with a frequency of about 30 minutes/trip, 17 trips per day, starting from 8:30 am and ending at 4:30 pm.
The starting and ending points of the route are located at Louisiane parking lot on Tran Phu street (Nha Trang ward).
The journey is about 23.5km long, designed in a circular shape, passing through central roads such as Tran Phu, Pham Van Dong, 2. 4, Hai Ba Trung, Phan Boi Chau, Thong Nhat, Quang Trung, Yersin, 23. 10, Thai Nguyen and Le Thanh Ton.
On the route, the bus stops at many prominent sightseeing spots such as April Square, Tram Huong Tower, Dam Market, Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, Nha Trang Mountain Church and Nha Trang Oceanographic Institute.
In addition, the route also arranges stops at service - tourism areas such as Nha Trang Center, Alexandre Yersin Park, Hon Chong - Bai Duong area, Champa Island, Khanh Hoa Conference Center, Thanh Nien Park and Phu Dong Park.
Along with route No. 25, tourist bus route No. 26 (Nha Trang Sightseeing Tour) is also put into operation, with a circular route of about 14km long.
The route starts and ends at Louisiane parking lot on Tran Phu street, passes through Tran Phu bridge, Pham Van Dong street, Bai Duong area, then turns around and continues the journey through Thanh Nien park before returning to the starting point.
The route exploitation vehicle is similar to route No. 25, with a capacity of 24 seats. The route operates in the evening hours from 7 pm to 9:45 pm every day, with a frequency of about 15 minutes/trip, equivalent to 12 trips/day.
According to the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, the operating unit must fully comply with legal regulations on automobile transportation business, ensuring traffic safety and passenger service quality.
Regarding ticket prices, transport units develop plans according to market principles, implement declaration, listing and issuance of tickets according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and relevant laws.
The commissioning of two open-top tourist bus routes is expected to create new experiences for tourists when visiting Nha Trang, and at the same time contribute to promoting the development of public passenger transport associated with tourism activities in the province.
