The art program was approved by the People's Committee of Cao Bang province, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Cao Bang city.
This activity is expected to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome the new year 2025; encourage and motivate the spirit of cadres and people to promote the results achieved in 2024, continue to promote emulation movements to successfully complete the targets and tasks of 2025.
This is also an opportunity to promote and advertise to businesses, people, domestic and foreign tourists about the potential and advantages of Cao Bang province in general and Cao Bang city in particular, in order to attract investment in the tourism sector, creating momentum for local economic development.
The art program took place with the participation of Cao Bang Art Troupe, amateur clubs, units, schools and famous domestic artists. According to the representative of Cao Bang City People's Committee, the funding for the art program was 100% mobilized from socialized sources.
On the evening of December 31, thousands of people flocked to the walking street to welcome the events. In this organization, the art stage was built right on the riverbed, a new highlight of this year's art program.
Ms. Doan Le Van (residing in Group 5, Duyet Trung Ward) shared: "I am very happy to see a grand art program, the stage is in the middle of the river".
Speaking with Lao Dong, a representative of the Cao Bang City People's Committee said that the art program is an opportunity for the locality to promote and boost tourism and for people to join in the fun to welcome the new year.
