According to the decision, the plan is implemented on an area of more than 195 hectares, belonging to the two communes of Long Hung and Hong Minh, with a focus on researching and clarifying the historical, cultural, architectural and artistic values of the relic complex.
As a long-time resident of the locality, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (Long Hung commune, Hung Yen province) shared: "Hearing the news that the State has approved the planning, we are very happy. This is a land associated with the history of the Tran Dynasty, if invested methodically, it will not only preserve relics but also help the homeland develop more.

Sharing the joy, Ms. Tran Thi Mai (Hong Minh commune) said that local people have long wished for proper attention to the tombs and temples of the Tran kings.
Many items are old, and visitors from all directions have not returned much. If the planning is done well, this place will definitely be more spacious and attract tourists," she said.
According to the orientation, the planning does not only stop at preserving but also promoting the value of relics, associated with the development of cultural and spiritual tourism. In which, noteworthy is the waterway tourism route on the Red River, about 11 km long, connecting from Ngu wharf to Lo Giang Heavenly Palace Area, along with specialized tourism routes on history, archeology, and culture.
Many people expect that when the items are implemented, local economic life will have more opportunities to improve thanks to the development of tourism and trade services.
The approval of this planning not only contributes to preserving the Tran Dynasty heritage but also opens up a new direction in exploiting the cultural and tourism potential of Hung Yen, towards sustainable development on the basis of long-standing historical values.
