From November 14 to November 23, 2025, the "High Plateau Colors" Winter Festival will be held in Bac Ha commune, Lao Cai province with many unique cultural, sports and tourism activities, promising to bring visitors unique experiences in the winter of the highlands.
According to the plan, the main activities will take place at the Commune Central Stadium, Bac Ha Cultural Market, Hoang A Tuong Palace and tourist attractions in the area.
On November 15, the program officially opened with the Weekly horse Race - a unique cultural highlight of the "White Plateau" and the Ethnic Costume Competition.
On November 16, visitors will experience the "Heritage Journey" through Bac Ha Cultural Market, Hoang A Tuong Palace and Ngai Thau Hill - where there are majestic and poetic natural landscapes.
On November 22, visitors will continue their journey to explore and experience Bac Ha Buffalo Market to witness the unique traditional activities of highland life.

The "High Plateau Colors" Winter Festival aims to introduce and promote Bac Ha's unique winter tourism products, attracting domestic and foreign tourists.
At the same time, it contributes to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, especially the Bac Ha horse Racing Festival - National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
