The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has just issued a document organizing an art program and fireworks to welcome the new year 2026.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to the policy of organizing art programs in 3 wards of Hoa Lu, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of the above wards to preside over and coordinate with the Departments of Culture and Sports, Finance and relevant agencies and units to organize art programs to welcome the New Year 2026 to ensure safety, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere. Develop and synthesize the cost estimates of the units and send them to the Department of Finance for appraisal.
Assign the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the People's Committees of Hoa Lu, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam wards and related units to develop a specific plan and organize fireworks displays (expected) in accordance with regulations, ensuring security and order, absolute safety, and not using the state budget.
At the same time, the Department of Culture and Sports was assigned to monitor and guide the People's Committees of the above wards to organize art programs to ensure content, quality, and efficiency; synthesize and report the results to the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
