A group of young Vietnamese friends excellently surpassed a series of heavyweight team builders from England, USA, India, Poland... to win the Champion title at the "MrBeast World Wide Building Challenge" contest of Youtube King MrBeast. This is a contest for teams to demonstrate the ability to build a map simulating their country in the sandbox game Minecraft.
With 38.5 points, this victory not only affirms the technique of Vietnamese gamers, but is also a display of the beauty of Vietnamese landscapes in digital space.
Amidst countless massive fantasy projects from international teams, the Vietnamese team has chosen a separate path for themselves. They choose to meticulously recreate the Ninh Binh scenic complex right in the virtual world.
Dinh Huy Tu (nickname in the game is Dogeee), representative of the group shared: "We compete with national pride. Vietnam is not only beautiful in real life but also must be very poetic and full of depth in the game world. Each block placed is a careful consideration of layout and lighting. We focus on every smallest detail because that is what creates the'soul' for the work".

The Vietnamese team chose Ninh Binh to bring the Minecraft game into the world, because this is an ancient capital, a gathering place for heritage recognized by the world. The group wants to promote the image of a friendly Vietnamese country to millions of MrBeast's global audiences.
The "weapon" that helped Vietnam conquer the international judging panel is the surprising meticulousness in recreating Bai Dinh Pagoda. The winding roofs of the pagoda, the long corridors of the Han statue and the sky-touching pagoda are rebuilt vividly to every detail.

Not only stopping at copying architecture, the group has cleverly added brown patches of wood, the yellow color of Buddha statues and even lanterns that are not present in the original game. When the light in the game shines, viewers clearly feel the peace of a spiritual land.
Besides the majesty of pagodas, Vu Lam Palace and Ngoa Long Mountain are the touching points that make world judges exclaim with astonishment. The image of a stone dragon winding on top of Mua Mountain is realistically recreated through a panoramic view. This expression makes viewers feel like they are on a virtual reality trip to the land of heritage.

To have a shining performance in the Minecraft lover community, the whole team went through a harsh journey of "eating and sleeping with mice and keyboards". For two consecutive weeks, members had to trade it off with sleepless nights, sometimes only 3 hours a day.
The group has researched thousands of documentary photos to ensure the ratio between mountains and works brings the most realistic feeling.
The image of Ninh Binh tourism shining in an international playground like Minecraft is clear proof of the strength and spread of Vietnamese culture. This success affirms that the Minecraft Vietnam community not only possesses superior skills but also has its own identity, knowing how to tell emotional homeland stories through each pixel.
