50 years after the merger, Ho Chi Minh City is transforming into a large supercity, where modern skyscrapers stand next to ancient architectural works.
From the high-altitude viewpoints, the city has a dynamic appearance with prominent towers on the horizon mixed with the old impressions of modest houses, alleys rich in traditional features, hiding an underground order, a separate rhythm of life.
Took the city from a high-altitude perspective not only better understand the aspiration to rise of the more than 300-year-old city, but also see the aspects of the people's lives of a land of gratitude.

In order to spread love and record special, unique moments of the city, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Magazine launched a photo - video contest "Ho Chi Minh City - High-altitude touches". This will be a forum for city residents and tourists to share unique perspectives on this unique land.
Emphasizing the elements of Culture and Heritage, the contest is also a place where contestants have the opportunity to talk about the beloved city with many angles of observation, subjective emotions and a strong personal mark. In addition, contestants will have the opportunity to participate in mini games - check-in the city for free.
The contest will last from now until June 30, and is expected to be awarded on July 15, 2025.
Accordingly, each contestant can submit a maximum of 2 photo sets (from 5 to 15 photos/1 set) or a maximum of 3 contest videos (each video is 1 - 3 minutes long.
The jury will select the best works to award prizes for each photo and video category, including: Special Prize (15 million VND), First Prize (10 million VND), Second Prize (7 million VND), Third Prize (5 million VND), Choice Award on online platform (5 million VND) and Impressive Award (5 million VND). In total, the two Photo/ video categories have 12 awards.
