According to the leaders of Khanh Hoa province, in the first 9 months of 2024, the province welcomed about 9 million overnight guests, an increase of 57.9% over the same period in 2023, completing 100% of the yearly plan.
Notably, the number of international visitors reached 3.6 million, exceeding the plan by 20% and domestic visitors reached 5.4 million, reaching 90% of the target. Total tourism revenue is estimated at VND44,138.4 billion, up 61.9% over the same period last year.
At the ceremony to announce Khanh Hoa tourism reaching the milestone of welcoming 9 million visitors, local tourism leaders also honored businesses and units that have made many contributions to the development of Khanh Hoa tourism.
