On May 20, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 1447/QD-BVHTTDL on building and replicating a model of preserving and promoting cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and canceling Decision No. 1823/QD-BVHTTDL dated July 4, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism approving the Plan to build and replicate a model of preserving and promoting cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction in 2024.
Accordingly, 03 key tasks are expected to be implemented in August and September 2025, including: Building a "model for preserving and promoting traditional culture of the San Chi people associated with developing community tourism in Quang Ninh province"; Building a "Lang Rung Club's model of activities associated with forest tourism" in building new rural areas in Ca Mau province; Building a model of activities of "Vi and Giam folk song club in grassroots cultural life" in Ha Tinh province.
In Quang Ninh, organize training on methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of the folk and folk dance club associated with community tourism development; Orient the construction of community cultural activity models, in order to promote traditional cultural values to create products for sustainable tourism development in Quang Ninh province; Build the model of the San Chi Ethnic folk and folk dance club in villages and hamlets associated with tourism development.
In Ca Mau, an introduction to the value of the intangible cultural heritage of "Don ca Tai Tu" was held; the traditional cultural values of "Lai Rung" in the resistance war against the US to save the country; Orientation to build an economic model of "Don ca Tai Tu Club associated with Forest Village tourism" in building new rural areas; promoting traditional cultural values to create products to serve sustainable tourism development in the locality.
At the same time, train on methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of folk songs and folk dances clubs; exploit and promote traditional cultural values to serve community tourism development; Organize visual propaganda and support activities, on the media to introduce and promote the unique traditional cultural values of the locality; Build the "Don Ca Club model associated with Forest Village tourism" to exploit and promote traditional cultural values associated with tourism development.
In Ha Tinh, organize training to disseminate content on preserving and promoting traditional cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction and methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of Vi and Giam folk song club; Orientation to build cultural activities to promote the traditional cultural values of Vi and Giam folk songs, creating products for sustainable tourism development; Organize visual propaganda activities on media about the traditional cultural values of Vi and Giam folk songs, the beauty of cultural activities in the community.
Construction models must closely follow the goals, tasks, and solutions for preserving cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction, ensuring practicality, feasibility, and sustainability.
