On November 18, in Ha Long City, the Department of Tourism coordinated with the Quang Ninh Tourism Association and Sun Group to organize a meeting to prepare for the announcement ceremony of the tourism stimulus cooperation program "Quang Ninh - Four-season destination", scheduled to take place on November 20, 2024.
“Sprinting” to complete the goal of welcoming 19 million visitors, including 3.5 million international visitors in 2024, Quang Ninh has launched a tourism stimulus program with discounts of up to 50% on a series of products and services.
Deep discounts are available across a wide range of categories including accommodation, dining, sightseeing and cruises.
There are more than 300 large local businesses in the fields of hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, cruises... participating in the stimulus program with attractive incentives.
Quang Ninh is also promoting the diversification of tourism products to increase new experiences for visitors such as: Urgently putting into operation 3 beaches Soi Sim, Hang Co, Trinh Nu on Ha Long Bay; organizing art performances combined with light parties in some qualified caves on the bay; identifying 7 pristine island areas and beaches for the billionaire and super-luxury segment of the 1% of the world's population.
By the end of October 2024, Quang Ninh had welcomed 16.8 million visitors. The tourism stimulus program not only contributed to completing the 2024 target but also created momentum to stimulate tourism in 2025 and the following years.
