According to information from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the goal of the program is to create an environment and bridge for filmmakers, businesses, and managers to meet, discuss and propose more effective solutions to combine tourism, cinema and sports in promoting and building images for Vietnamese destinations in general and Binh Dinh in particular, to attract a large number of domestic and international tourists.
The program also aims to develop preferential policies, encourage cooperation, linkages, and joint ventures between Binh Dinh and other provinces and cities, as well as between the fields of sports - tourism, tourism - electricity. photography, and sports - cinema for sustainable development.

It is expected that about 40 international delegates will attend the program, including leaders of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Cambodia, the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos, representatives of embassies and cultural centers of the country.
