Cao Bang is one of the provinces that will be affected first by cold air, the highest temperature will drop to 29 degrees Celsius, the lowest will be 21 degrees Celsius.
According to the meteorological agency, cold air will gradually increase in frequency and intensity from October.
Severe cold spells are likely to occur in the North in the second half of December (similar to the average of many years); severe cold spells will continue to occur in a wide area in January and February 2025.
