NGUYỄN TRƯỜNG |

On the morning of July 28, groups of 4,500 guests of the Indian billionaire are expected to begin their tour of Ninh Binh , including a 4-story restaurant.

In Ninh Binh, the group will visit Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

Mr. Pham Duy Phong - Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism said that up to now, the preparations to welcome the Indian billionaire's tourist group have been basically completed by the locality.

"It is expected that from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on August 28, the Indian delegation will come to Ninh Binh to visit Trang An heritage site. The Department coordinates with Trang An eco-tourism area to prepare welcoming banners and give flowers to the group. At the area tourism, the tourist group is provided with a parking space, a path to the boat wharf, a separate boat, and a private guide on the journey to discover Trang An heritage" - Mr. Phong said.

Mr. Dinh Xuan Phuong - Owner of Trang An 5 restaurant, said that many months ago the restaurant had received information that a group of guests belonging to the Indian billionaire's pharmaceutical group would go to Vietnam to travel.

The restaurant has coordinated with the Indian travel company (organizing the group to Vietnam) as well as the Vietnamese travel company to survey the group's service points. The restaurant was chosen to serve meals to the delegation because it met the conditions set forth by the Indian side.

According to Mr. Phuong, it was not by chance that the restaurant was chosen as a lunch stop for a group of tourists brought by an Indian billionaire to Vietnam. Previously, the restaurant had also served many Indian tourist groups to Vietnam when visiting Ninh Binh.

"The restaurant coordinated with an Indian travel company to welcome 4 groups of Indian guests to Vietnam, with a number of guests ranging from 100-400 people. We provided attentive service so we were highly appreciated. Therefore, This time, a group of 4,500 people from the Indian billionaire's pharmaceutical company came to Vietnam to travel, and the restaurant continued to be trusted and chosen to serve" - Mr. Phuong shared.

Revealing the group's menu, Mr. Phuong said that the group will eat 6 main dishes for lunch. These dishes are "vegan Indian".

To cook these vegetarian dishes, the tour company will bring chefs, grills, and serving utensils to the restaurant to cook. 23 ingredients are prepared in advance to create these pure vegetarian Indian dishes.

To serve the group, the restaurant mobilized about 30 people including chefs, receptionists, waiters...

The restaurant will dedicate all 4 floors to serve Indian guests from August 28 to September 5. Each floor will have dozens of dining tables, serving hundreds of people. The dishes served to the group will be vegetarian and buffet style.

"About 90% of the ingredients are brought from India. The dishes are not many and are very simple but have strict requirements and must be unique. Therefore, the processing steps are done more meticulously than the dishes. Vietnam or Europe" - Mr. Phuong revealed.
