Tu Liem Ward Police (Hanoi) are investigating and clarifying information about the case of a Vietnamese girl accusing of being assaulted by two Korean women at a photobooth store.
Previously, the incident occurred at photobooth Photoism store, Me Tri branch (in Tu Liem ward, Hanoi).
On the night of July 13, an account posted an article on P.T.T's personal page, accusing him of being assaulted by two Korean women right in the studio because they had to wait their turn.
Specifically, on the evening of July 11, Ms. T. and her friend went to take photos at the store, a location that was popular with Korean tourists.
Although Ms. T. and her friend had booked and taken photos while allowed, the two Korean women stood outside the photobooth room constantly urging her.
When Ms. T.'s friend responded with a question "Oh? ", one of the two Koreans immediately rushed in and grabbed Ms. T.'s hair and punched her friend T. repeatedly.
Ms. T. also was threatened with beating when she intervened. Other guests in the store witnessed the incident, but the staff were present and did not intervene.

The entire incident was recorded by a camera at the restaurant. However, the identities of the two Korean women have not yet been determined.
According to Ms. T., her friend is currently in a state of panic, insomnia, unable to eat or drink and forced to temporarily quit her job.

The incident sparked outrage, not only about the violent behavior but also about the behavior of the two Korean tourists, but also the way the people involved handled it.
On the official fanpage of Photoism Vietnam, thousands of people expressed their anger and demanded a boycott of this brand.
Immediately after the incident was widely spread on social networks, the brand representative issued an official announcement.

The Korean brand photobooth expressed " regret" and "deep concern" about the fight between the two customer groups.
The enterprise affirmed that it had reported to the police and committed to coordinating the investigation.
This brand is committed to increasing emergency training for employees, reviewing security systems and improving service space.
However, the majority of public opinion still believes that the response of the dich vu provider is passive and has not clearly demonstrated its responsibility to proactively protect Vietnamese customers. This post currently receives thousands of angry expressations and hundreds of comments and shares.
The post owner said that she and her best friend were mentally stable, did not want to push the matter away, and needed to return to normal life.
However, she still kept the evidence and hoped that the incident would help businesses improve their customer protection processes.
As of July 15, the account owner confirmed that he had not received any compensation from the store or the person who assaulted her and her friend. Her family will continue to handle legal issues.
