The "Vietnam Pho Festival 2025" festival takes place over two days, October 18 - 19, 2025, at Our Tampines Hub, Singapore. The event was held in the context that Vietnam - Singapore have just upgraded their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
With the message "Pho - Enjoying together, Growing together", the festival hopes to make pho - a dish that was once in the top 50 must-try dishes voted by CNN - a cultural bridge, stimulating new cooperation in tourism, trade and investment.
At the press conference of Vietnam Pho Festival 2025 held in Ho Chi Minh City on September 19, Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Chairman of Saigontourist Group - Head of the Steering Committee of "Vietnam Pho Festival 2025" in Singapore also emphasized that the Vietnam Pho Festival is an opportunity to promote two-way tourism, bringing Singaporean tourists to explore the beauty of the country and people of Vietnam.
The most unique feature of the program is the "branded" pho Viet culinary space with the participation of 5-star chefs from the Saigontourist Group system, along with many famous pho brands such as Pho Thin Bo Ho, Pho Phu Gia, Pho Vuong, Ba Ban Pho...
Visitors can also enjoy traditional Vietnamese dishes, experience ao dai, ao ba, conical hats and admire the exhibition of Vietnamese tourism - handicrafts.
Throughout the festival, local people as well as tourists will enjoy performances of traditional musical instruments mixed with performances by Singaporean artists, creating a colorful exchange atmosphere.
In particular, within the framework of the festival, the Vietnam - Singapore 2025 Investment - Trade - Tourism Promotion Forum was held on the morning of October 18 with about 150 businesses of the two countries participating, focusing on cooperation in green logistics, tourism, agricultural products, digital transformation and e-commerce.
Vietnam Pho Festival originated from "Pho Day" on December 12, was successfully held in Japan (2023), Korea (2024) and in 2025 continued to Singapore - the regional trade center. The event is expected to contribute to promoting Vietnamese pho, the image of a hospitable country and promoting economic and cultural cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore.
