Located on Le Van Huu Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Banh xeo 76 is one of the authentic banh xeo restaurant in Quang Ngai that many diners love. This year, the restaurant was honored to receive the Bib Gourmand 2025 title from Michelin Guide.

The special thing about the restaurant is the on-site ground corn powder, creating a golden, crispy shell. The cakes here are not available, but when customers order, the restaurant owner starts to open them to keep them hot and crispy. The filling includes fresh shrimp, lean meat and bean sprouts. Sweet and sour dipping sauce is mixed according to a secret recipe, making it rich in flavor, easy to eat and not boring.

The cake at the restaurant costs 25,000 - 35,000 VND/piece.

Banh xeo toom ruc ro

Banh xeo toan to nam co Ba is located on Trung Nu Vuong Street, Hai Chau District. Having existed for more than 10 years, the restaurant is a familiar address for those who love banh xeo in Da Nang.

The spacious, airy space, wooden and bamboo tables and chairs bring a rustic, simple, traditional feeling. The restaurant is famous for its fresh red mud shrimp ingredients, also known as "jumping shrimp", a specialty of Binh Dinh. The cake has thin, crispy shells, filling with bean sprouts, meat, green onions... In addition, there are some unique toppings such as squid, beef.

The price of a portion of the banh xeo is about 20,000 - 35,000 VND/depending on the type of topping. In addition, the restaurant also has side dishes such as spring rolls, lotus leaf sausage, banh au... priced from 35,000 - 50,000 VND.

Ba Duong banh xeo

Located deep in a small alley on Hoang Dieu Street, Hai Chau District, Ba Duong coaches are easily recognizable thanks to their prominent signs and the space that is always bustling with visitors coming and going. For more than 30 years, Ba Duong Banh Xeo has been a famous culinary brand in Da Nang.

The banh xeo shells at the restaurant are cast thin, golden brown, crispy thanks to pouring them on a traditional charcoal stove, filling including fresh shrimp, marinated beef, live prize and green onions.

The highlight that captivates diners is the special dipping sauce: thick, rich, made from liver, peanuts, sesame and spices, completely different from traditional fish sauce.

The restaurant not only serves banh xeo but also has a variety of side dishes such as nem loi, bun bo thituong, bo la la la... Banh xeo at the restaurant costs 80,000 VND/piece. Other dishes cost 35,000 - 160,000 VND/dish.
