On December 9, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said: "The Brand Promotion Event - Flash Sale Holiday 2024" will be organized by the unit in Vung Tau city, with about 120 booths selling products of more than 300 famous domestic and foreign brands.
This is an activity in response to the Ministry of Industry and Trade's "National Concentrated Promotion 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024" program. Thereby, this event aims to promote, stimulate consumption and consumption of goods at the end of the year; connect manufacturers and consumers; bring consumers the opportunity to buy quality products at competitive prices... Aiming to build the locality into a modern, classy, high-quality shopping center in the country and the region in the near future.
According to the Organizing Committee, 61% of the brands are domestic, 31% are international and 8% are mixed. Of these, 50% are clothing and footwear products; the remaining 50% are accessories, cosmetics, and household items.
Some products are only 10% off, while many products are up to 80% off (mainly footwear and sports brands...). Consumers can also participate in lucky draws and receive additional discounts of up to 100,000 VND when paying via VNPay.
According to the Organizing Committee, similar events have been held in Ho Chi Minh City 3 times and received great support from local residents and tourists. This is the first time the event has been held in Vung Tau, and is also an opportunity for some brands and labels to evaluate potential and seek opportunities to develop their products locally.
"During the event, the Provincial People's Committee directed the participation of the Department of Industry and Trade Inspectorate and the Market Management Department to inspect and supervise to ensure the quality of goods purchased and sold. At the same time, participating units were also carefully reviewed, had a chain of stores selling goods and committed to ensuring product quality," informed the representative of the Organizing Committee.
As planned, the event will open at 9am on December 13, at Aurora Event Center (Vung Tau city), and last until December 15 to serve the people and tourists.
