On March 5, the 2025 Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province Beach Volleyball Open opened at Long Hai Beach, Long Dat District.
The above sports event was organized by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promote the physical exercise movement in the spirit of the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" and celebrate the country's major holidays.
The tournament gathered more than 100 beach volleyball athletes from 10 provinces and cities to compete in the men's and women's 4x4 events. Exciting matches take place right on the beach, attracting a large number of tourists and locals in the area to observe.
According to the Organizing Committee, the event has contributed to creating a useful playground, developing the beach volleyball movement; creating opportunities for exchanging experiences and skills between teams, athletes... The tournament is expected to take place until March 7.
