The tournament is held at Pickleball GSC Stadium, No. 120, Ham Nghi Street, Ha Tinh City.
More than 80 athletes participating in the tournament are officials and civil servants working at press management agencies: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Journalists Association, PA03 Department - Provincial Police, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (officers, civil servants, and public employees under the Department's office), journalists and reporters working at local press agencies: Ha Tinh Newspaper, Hong Linh Magazine, and Science Magazine.
Journalists, reporters of representative offices, permanent reporters of press agencies registered to operate in Ha Tinh province; Members of the Journalists Association of the Representative Office and Permanent Reporters. - Members of the Southern Journalists Association and the Northern Journalists Association (under the Ha Tinh Journalists Association).
The competition includes: men's doubles; mixed doubles. In which, the couple divided their age into 2 years: 45 years old and under and 46 years old and above; the couple did not divide by age.

After the opening ceremony, there were exciting, attractive and dramatic matches. The teams hit a circle 1 turn, calculating points. At the end of the group stage, select 2 teams first, second to the knockout round. 4 teams with the best achievement in the semi -finals, then to the final.
The tournament took place in one day, and will close and award prizes in the afternoon of the same day. The Organizing Committee will award cups, medals, flowers and prizes to the first prize winners; Medals, flowers and prizes to the second prize winners and third prize winners.
