This is the second time Sun Life and its partners have organized High Hoops Basketball Day, providing children with many activities to train, practice and play basketball.
Joining the High Hoops festival, children will have an exciting and meaningful weekend by learning skills, playing basketball and interacting with excellent coaches and players of the reigning VBA champion basketball team for 5 consecutive years - Saigon Heat.
In addition, Sun Life and the Saigon Heat team will coordinate with local schools and clubs to implement community basketball classes for children aged 8-13.
Mr. Luc Nhon Ly - General Director of Sun Life Vietnam - said: "High Hoops Festival 2023 attracted about 1,800 children to participate with enthusiasm and excitement in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Vinh, Da Nang. This is a great motivation for us to continue to bring High Hoops Festival for the second time, giving children more opportunities to develop skills, build confidence and team spirit through basketball.
