This certification is developed and monitored by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), requiring very strict monitoring and measurement standards to minimize potential risks to workers' health.
“FPT Software’s achievement of ISO 45001 certification is a testament to the company’s ongoing commitment to occupational safety, employee health and operational efficiency by consistently meeting international standards,” said Dam Van Chieu, Certification Director, Lead Assessor, CPG Global.
In addition, FPT Software has also achieved ISO 14001 certification according to international standards for environmental management systems. In anticipation of new regulations, such as the Corporate Sustainability Assessment Directive, which is expected to take effect in 2025 in European Union member states, these achievements help the company prepare to further penetrate new markets in the region.
In 2024, FPT was certified as an “Excellent Workplace” by Great Place to Work - the Global Authority on Workplace Culture, with 87% of employees considering FPT a “Great Place to Work”.
In Germany alone, FPT was honored in the list of "Great Places to Work" last July, according to the Great Place to Work Institute.
