At the ceremony, the Secretariat of the Vietnam Student Association of Da Nang City honored the titles of "5 Good Students", "5 Good Student Collective", "9/1 Award", "3 Good Students", "5 Good Students", and "January Star" Award at the Central level for the 2023-2024 school year.
Of which, 16 individuals and 3 groups achieved the title of "5 Good Students" at the Central level, 2 individuals were honored with the title of "5 Good Students" nationwide.
Recognizing 129 individuals with the title of "5 Good Students" at the city level for the 2023-2024 school year, of which 75 individuals and 6 outstanding collectives were commended.
Honoring 9 individuals and 5 good and creative models and solutions that won the "January 9 Award" for the 2023 - 2024 school year. In addition, Da Nang city also proposed 3 individuals to be honored with the Central "January Star" Award in 2024.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Cong Hung - Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union said that the 75th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Students and the Vietnam Students' Association (January 9, 1950 - January 9, 2025) is an important milestone in the historical journey, affirming the great contribution of generations of students to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
“With the spirit of initiative, creativity and unceasing dedication, generations of students in the city will continue to promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Student Association, actively contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, and building Da Nang city to develop more and more,” Mr. Hung emphasized.
