Universities in Da Nang propose 3 cooperation models with businesses

Da Nang University of Technical Education aims to build a first campus into a center connecting businesses, universities and localities.

On March 28, the University of Technical Education - University of Da Nang (VNU) held a Cooperation Workshop between the University and Enterprises in 2025. This is an opportunity for the school to express gratitude for the contributions of businesses, while seeking opportunities to expand cooperation and improve the quality of training human resources in technology engineering.

At the workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Hung, Principal of the Department of Education and Training, emphasized the importance of the cooperative relationship between schools and businesses. Especially in the context of strong development of science, technology and innovation. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Hung also reiterated the Government's Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation Development to 2030 and Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. In which the central role of enterprises is especially emphasized.

After the completion of the second campus in Hoa Quy, the Inspection Center will focus on developing the first campus at 48 Cao Thang into a connecting center, closely linked between the locality, universities and businesses. This is expected to be an ideal space for cooperation activities, technology transfer and human resource development, said Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Hung.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Hung also proposed a number of new cooperation models such as building a STEM student attraction Hub, a student training program to order students according to the specific requirements of the business, encouraging businesses to book offices, showrooms, and research centers right at the first location. These models aim to create a dynamic learning and working ecosystem, promoting the intersection between theory and practice, meeting the increasing demands of the labor market.
