On the days leading up to the Lunar New Year 2025, every corner of Phuc Thanh Kindergarten (Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province) is decorated with the typical red color of Tet.
To preserve and promote the beauty of the nation's traditional Tet holiday, the school organized the program "Children happily welcome Tet 2025" for students in the school.
In the school yard, the traditional Tet holiday of the nation is vividly recreated by teachers and students of Phuc Thanh Kindergarten through the activity of wrapping Chung cake. The activity helps children learn about traditional Tet customs, the beauty of Vietnamese culinary culture, creating more joy for children during Tet with their families.

With careful preparation, rich in content and form, the organization of the traditional Tet holiday of Phuc Thanh kindergarten attracted a large number of staff, teachers, students and parents to participate.
Teacher Tran Thi Thanh Hai said: "Through the activity of making banh chung, children can understand more about the meaning of the national Tet holiday. In recent times, the school has flexibly and appropriately implemented the diversification of educational forms and content on the topic of Vietnamese Tet.
These activities not only create a playground to develop children's skills but also connect children, families and schools."

At Quyet Thang Kindergarten (Ninh Giang District, Hai Duong Province), on the occasion of Lunar New Year, children participated in traditional folk games. Participating in the experience with her child, Ms. Ha Thi Kieu Linh - a parent of a student at the school shared:
"My child is very excited to participate in activities with his friends. Seeing him so excited makes me very happy. I think these activities not only create a useful playground but also help children understand more and be aware of preserving traditional cultural beauty."
For many years, the preschool education sector of Hai Duong province has maintained annual meaningful experiential activities for children associated with the traditional Tet holiday. Thereby, helping children understand traditional culture and have beautiful memories of their childhood.
