Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of the Banking Academy - emphasized that organizing the Flag-raising ceremony is not only a meaningful political activity, demonstrating the good traditions of the nation but also an opportunity for all cadres, lecturers, students and students of the Academy to review history together, expressing deep gratitude to the generations of our ancestors who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huu Toan, this is also an opportunity for the Academy to affirm its mission of promoting glorious traditions, continuing the spirit of solidarity, intelligence and bravery of Vietnam; at the same time spreading the aspiration to rise up, the spirit of international integration, contributing to the country's increasingly developing and shining in the new era.
Here, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huu Toan called on all staff, lecturers, students and pupils to continue to promote their intelligence, dedicate themselves, and work together to build the Banking Academy into a leading center for training, scientific research and innovation.
Right after the ceremony, the revolutionary songs "Nhu co ho on a happy day of great victory" and "Aspiration for youth" were heroically sung, recreating the historic autumn atmosphere of 1945, giving motivation to today's young generation in studying, researching and contributing.
In the common joy of the whole country towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the campus of the Banking Academy was also painted with a brilliant new coat. The rows of red flags with yellow stars flying along the main road leading to the school grounds, the conference hall and the entire space are decorated with wire flags, billboards, and visual cheering posters.
It is noteworthy that this atmosphere not only comes from the direction and attention of the Academy's Board of Directors but also has the strong response of all staff, lecturers and students. From mass organizations such as the Party Committee, Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association of the Banking Academy... to each classroom, each individual, all actively hang flags, decorate lectures, maintain green - clean - beautiful landscapes.
Each flag flying on the school campus, each row of classrooms being neatly renovated, is a continuation of the tradition of patriotism, responsibility and awareness of building a modern and civilized Banking Academy.
