On August 22, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society coordinated with Vietnam Soymilk Company and the Vietnam Soymilk Education Promotion Fund to launch the school soymilk program for the 2025-2026 school year, with the message "Showing healthy nutrition, sowing green future seeds".
This is the 10th year that the School Soymilk Program has been implemented by the Vietnam Soymilk Education Promotion Fund.

In 9 years of implementation with the consistent message "Soting healthy nutrition, sowing green future seeds", the School Soymilk Program has donated over 13.3 million boxes of family soymilk to more than 898,000 students, at over 1,600 schools in 19 localities across the country. The total support value is 48.6 billion VND.
This is a meaningful journey, combining health care for children with environmental protection education by collecting and recycling milk cartons. In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the program has supported nearly 12,500 students at 33 primary and secondary schools in 20 communes of the former Quang Ngai, Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces. Over 753,000 boxes of family milk have been donated to students, with a total value of nearly 3.5 billion VND.
In Quang Ngai alone, the program has supported milk for nearly 4,400 students, contributing significantly to improving the stature of children. The program will continue to be implemented in the 2025 - 2026 school year in 4 provinces of Quang Ngai, Lai Chau, Dak Lak and Quang Tri.
It is expected that the program will give over 970,000 boxes of soy milk, worth 4.5 billion VND to students. Continuing the 10-year journey of bringing healthy nutrients from plants to disadvantaged students in remote areas.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Y Ngoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the contributions of the School Soymilk Program that has helped many students in Quang Ngai and other localities receive comprehensive support in terms of nutrition, spirit and education.
In the coming time, I hope the program's Organizing Committee will continue its meaningful journey, expanding its scale to become a long-term activity associated with Quang Ngai students, contributing to raising the stature of future generations. Requesting relevant departments, branches and units to coordinate with the Organizing Committee to effectively and transparently implement the program to bring practical and sustainable benefits to the community.
On this occasion, the program's Organizing Committee awarded scholarships and gifts to 9 students in difficult circumstances in Quang Ngai province.
