Vietnam's tourism industry currently needs more than 40,000 workers per year, while the new market meets about 15,000 - 20,000, with only 43% of the workforce completing formal training. This further affirms the important role of practical skills training programs to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism and hospitality industry.
