The design chosen is not just a score result, but a harmony of vision between the designer and the investor, towards community responsibility and sustainable development, "not just designing a project, but together shaping the future".

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Tu Minh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, a former student of the University of Economics - VNU-HN, the sponsor of the contest, said that no country can develop without focusing on education and no country is truly beautiful without architecture.
Recounting his student days, Mr. Minh still remembers that Hanoi National University at that time was still facing many difficulties, not as spacious and beautiful as it is today. Graduating from university and then studying and working abroad, Mr. Minh always carried in him a wish: Vietnamese universities will have educational quality and academic space worthy of the places I have witnessed.
I believe that the quality of education, along with the beauty of architectural space, are the values that leave the deepest mark in students' memories, not only as a place to study, but also as a place to nurture emotions, aspirations and pride. Therefore, I always want to do something for my school - which is to contribute to making that school more beautiful, more humane and more memorable" - he expressed.
As a result, the Organizing Committee of the contest awarded first prize worth 120,000 USD to 3 joint venture units; 1 second prize worth 60,000 USD to 2 joint venture units; 1 third prize worth 40,000 USD to 2 joint venture units.
