The program is organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper in coordination with the Higher Education Department (Ministry of Education and Training), with the participation of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and training institutions nationwide. This is the 24th year the program has been organized nationwide and the 11th year taking place in Nghe An.
According to the Organizing Committee, 2026 is the second year students take the high school graduation exam according to the 2018 General Education Program, with many adjustments in the university and college admission methods. Faced with these changes, the need to be consulted and provide official and timely information from students and parents is increasing.

At the festival, consulting experts from the Ministry of Education and Training and representatives of many universities and colleges provided the latest information about the high school graduation exam and university and college admissions in 2026.
At the same time, experts directly exchange and answer questions from parents and students related to choosing schools and careers suitable for their abilities, aspirations and job needs in the coming years.

In parallel with centralized counseling activities, nearly 100 counseling booths of universities, colleges and educational institutions are arranged within the framework of the program, creating conditions for students to access information, be directly and specifically consulted on majors, admission conditions, tuition fees, scholarships, dormitories and learning environment.

Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Ba Tien, Vice Rector of Vinh University, said that Nghe An is a locality with a tradition of studiousness, with a large number of students admitted to prestigious universities for many consecutive years.
The enrollment and career counseling day is expected to help students better understand their abilities and interests, thereby choosing suitable majors and reducing pressure before important decisions for the future.

According to the plan, the 2026 Enrollment - Career Guidance Counseling Program of Tuoi Tre Newspaper will be organized in 15 provinces and cities across the country, with many large-scale festivals before and after the high school graduation exam.
