In the context of entertainment programs incorporating many traditional cultural elements being strongly responded to, the producer of "Vietnamese Features" decided to implement the project at this time.
With the aim of preserving the quintessence of the country, “Vietnamese Traits” was born to preserve cultural values that are at risk of being lost, while promoting sustainable socio-economic development in rural areas through the production of products with creative content.
The project focuses on filming and broadcasting videos on social media platforms, mainly YouTube; documenting the journey of young people discovering traditional values across Vietnam.
In an interview, the founder and head of the project, Ms. Pham Thi Hanh Chi, said that “Net Viet Nam” will produce hundreds of videos exploring three aspects of traditional Vietnamese culture, including culinary culture, craft village culture and folk art.
Ms. Pham Thi Hanh Chi continued to share that all videos will be supported with Chinese and English subtitles in the hope of bringing her project to the international level. In addition, “Vietnamese Traits” is built as “a living museum” that authentically records the cultural quintessence of Vietnam and is expected to be implemented within 5 years.
The project "Vietnamese Traits" aims to preserve and promote national cultural values through the creative and dynamic perspective of the young generation. Not only is it a place to provide information, the project also plays a role in inspiring and encouraging young people to learn about the country's culture.
