Accordingly, the plans are no longer in line with the development orientation according to the general plans, zoning plans that have been recently approved by competent authorities, etc., and will be reviewed.
According to the assessment of Khanh Hoa provincial leaders, there are still many detailed construction planning projects in the area that are outdated and no longer suitable for higher-level planning.
This situation makes it difficult for investors to implement projects, causing many recommendations and complaints from people and businesses, and at the same time affecting the progress of major plans.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to synthesize a list of detailed construction planning projects that are no longer suitable, thereby advising on specific handling options.
The handling needs to ensure that the progress of implementing higher-level plans is not delayed, in accordance with the urban - rural development orientation of the province, in accordance with legal regulations.
The Department of Construction will report the review results before August 10, 2025.
