This is an annual music event organized by KOKI to raise funds to support children in difficult circumstances, especially children at Bung Sang Shelter - a shelter to care for children lacking both material and spiritual needs in the city.
Koki is a non-profit organization established with passion and commitment to supporting and improving the quality of life for children in disadvantaged circumstances. Koki believes that music is an effective spiritual medicine, helping to soothe difficulties, bringing joy and hope to children in their journey of life and the future
After two successful concert seasons in 2023 and 2024, Koki raised a total of more than 250 million VND (including gifts) to support the treatment of children with cancer at Children's Hospital 2 Ho Chi Minh City. This year, Koki returned to expanding scale with the expectation of wanting to spread more and mobilize larger funds for community activities.


This year's special concert is not only a fundraising event but also a brilliant music party Koki Summer Concert 2025: A Yearbook of Pop to honor classic US - UK Pop songs that have left a mark on the hearts of many generations on the journey back to the golden milestones of US - UK Pop music, promising to bring a space filled with color, where the audience will be able to relive immortal melodies, immerse themselves in vibrant rhythms and sublime emotions with music.
This year's concert will be accompanied by conductor Dinh Thi Lan Anh - a talented young face in the field of music education - taking on the role of conductor. Ms. Lan Anh is currently a music teacher and a designer - training program for Music at bilingual schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music History and Music History from Notre Dame University ( Indiana), then completed her master's program at Boston Conservatory of Music under Berklee University - one of the most prestigious music academies in the world.
Ms. Lan Anh shared: I am very happy to accompany Koki this time. A community concert, arranged and performed by young people themselves - that is very rare and appreciated. Hopefully we will create an emotional and loving summer concert together.
Under her leadership, this year's orchestra brings together nearly 50 young people from many different universities, high schools and music academies in Ho Chi Minh City - including those who have performed with Koki in the past two seasons, and new faces carrying a fresh source of energy.
This year's program also has a special participation of Alexis Cao - a young singer who is working independently and is a freelance artist, with a unique and emotional musical style. Alexis is also currently a student at Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA - the world's leading music school.
Not only stopping at performing role, Alexis is also an active artist collaborating with many diverse art projects such as Impact Theatre Saigon, La A Different Way of Music, and many community music organizations in Vietnam. Recently, Alexis has just released her personal music product called " Lie Lie Lie" on digital music platforms - marking a maturity in her personal musical journey and expressing her strong creative spirit of independence.
Alexis's appearance at Koki Summer Concert 2025 promises to bring a breath of fresh air, contributing to creating an emotional and connected music night.
All funds raised from the concert will be used to provide direct financial support to the Bunging Shelter in the form of study sponsorship and spiritual care activities for children. The event promises to bring a memorable musical experience, and at the same time, an opportunity for the community to join hands to spread love to the less fortunate.
