The program also featured Miss Le Hoang Phuong, Miss Doan Thien An and Runner-up Huynh Minh Kien.
Tao Xuan 2025 marks the reunion between Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long and Meritorious Artist Thoai My. During the rehearsal, Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long humorously introduced Thoai My as “my lover when I was 17 years old”.
“This is my friend who has accompanied and acted with me for the past 30 years. I believe that the audience will feel the connection between us at this year's show. "Thien Hau" Thoai My will definitely bring many interesting, funny and special things to the role that will satisfy everyone,” Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long shared.
For the first time participating in the Tao Xuan program, Meritorious Artist Thoai My said she was very happy and excited to be accompanied by her colleagues, from comedians to beauty queens and runners-up.
Meritorious Artist Thoai My said that she and Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long sent something special to the audience through the melodies and vong co verses written specifically for the Tao Xuan program.
This year, Meritorious Artist Dai Nghia continues to play the role of Tao Do. This is the seventh consecutive year Dai Nghia has been associated with Tao Xuan.
The script for Tao Xuan 2025 was co-written by director Hong Ngoc and screenwriter Le Nghia.
Talking about the role, Vo Tan Phat said that this comeback will be more fun and explosive: “After a few years of working with Nam Tao - Bac Dau, this year I get to be Tao. It's like being promoted by the company. Looking back on the past year, I feel a bit emotional and nostalgic. Everything that happens in life is fate, whether you want it or not, you can't do it,” Vo Tan Phat shared.
Another new feature of Tao Xuan 2025 is the change of the two roles Nam Tao - Bac Dau, played by Long Chun and Tuan Kiet respectively. This year, Nam Tao and Bac Dau appear with a completely new look: Younger, full of energy and bringing more laughter.
