Right from the first time entering the competition as a casting producer, Toc Tien attracted attention when she quickly shaped a clear strategy and selected bright faces: Le Bin The Vy, Le Pham Minh Quan, Nguyen Thanh Dat, Dang Duc Duy, Ho Dong Quan, Ta Hoang Long and Pham Van Tam.
The female singer shared: "The first criterion that Tien thought of was having a good leader - someone who could connect with the other members. But because the rules of the show are to choose 4 friends first, then the remaining 3 friends will compete or choose mentors themselves, so Tien has to recalculate more carefully."
The singer said that the reason for choosing the first Le Bin Vy was because a contestant was able to take on the role of Vocal Producer - who could support in the stage of coordination, sentence and erection for the whole team. Le Pham Minh Quan is trusted to assign the position of Main Dancer (main dance) thanks to a solid foundation from professional dance contests. Nguyen Thanh Dat takes on the role of visual (representative face), while Dang Duc Duy impresses with the positive stage energy and is suitable for Toc Tien's orientation.
"The four contestants that Tien chose all have their own strategies and calculations. Tien thought that when she had these 4 friends in hand, if the remaining friends wanted to join her team, they would look at those 4 friends and consider them more easily, the female singer shared.
