The two collaborated on the project "Don't be sad, kid". Notably, she plays the wife of singer Tuan Hung - a male singer associated with many Vpop hits and is also a familiar face on the screen.
In the film, Ha Huong and Tuan Hung play the roles of Phuong Tu and Ta - a couple with many conflicts, and are both the daughters and daughters-in-law of Mrs. Nga Tu (played by People's Artist Thanh Hoa) and Trang's parents (played by the Mo Mo daughter). Phuong Tu appeared with a sharp, practical appearance, often causing trouble in the family, while Ta was a man in debt. This is the first time the two artists have collaborated on screen, promising to bring a familiar, close, everyday color.

Sharing about the role, Ha Huong said that Phuong Tu reminded her of the image of "Nguyet Tra Mai" in which year. The actress expressed: "The Four Forces of Now or the Forces of the past all have the thoughts of Vietnamese women. The character of the xampi is not necessarily bad, if the situation is set right. This role is like an upgraded version of Nguyet, has many experiences and represents today's feminism".
Returning to cinema after many years, Ha Huong spent a lot of time researching scripts and put herself in the role of a character to portray inner struggles. She was especially impressed with the Phuong Tu section of the school when the family fell into a storm, forced to choose between a small family and a large family.
As for Tuan Hung, the film "Ba don mai con" marked his return to cinema after the programs "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" and "Dao, pho and piano". Originally a singer, Tuan Hung always has a special love for acting, having participated in the TV series For a Love.
The film "Ba don mai dong con" by director Hoang Nam exploits the multi-generational relationship in a modern Hanoi family, with the participation of People's Artist Thanh Hoa, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Quach Thu Phuong, People's Artist Bui Bai Binh and a young cast. The work is expected to be released from December 12, 2025.
