The video shows the elaborate production scale, while affirming the passion of the crew in recreating the ancient space of Vietnam but still imbued with the horror nuance.
Set in the Le Trung Hung period, the film poses a big challenge for the production team when it had to realistically recreate the architecture of the palace, villages and costumes of the ancient people. According to producer Hoang Quan, the Devils Prince has more than 500 costumes for main, supporting and popular characters. Every small detail such as pottery vases, lanterns, chopsticks, to surreal props such as wooden figures or spells are designed based on local elements, combined with creativity to create a magical world.

Not only investing in art, the film's costumes are also meticulously done to bring a scary yet convincing experience. The image of villagers suffering from impetigo, people possessed by demons or having blood-thirsty eyes are elaborately done, using fake skin application techniques and special effects. The crew also had to spend a lot of time every day tying long hair to the male actors to recreate the style of the Le Dynasty.
Taking on the main role of Than Duc, actor Anh Tu Atus appeared in many different forms - from gentle courtyards, printess of the born world to transforming into evil demons. He shared: When I look at my look, I feel very confident, because the outfit and makeup help me fully get into the role. Actress Hoang Linh Chi (as co-star Dao Truc Anh) also said that the meticulous ancient costumes help her change her gestures, stature, and words to suit the character.
The film stars Anh Tu Atus, Luong The Thanh, Hoang Linh Chi, Rima Thanh Vy, Huynh Thanh Truc, and is expected to be released nationwide on December 5, 2025.
