In the film, Hua Vi Van plays An - a mysterious journalist, the central character of a ghost story revolving around the mystery of keeping money and ghosts taking revenge.
According to the film, An accidentally met Bao (Nguyen Xuan Thang), a talented bus worker. From a modified car of unknown origin, the ghost force was accidentally awakened, dragging both of them into a spiral of terrifying phenomena. Besides Xuan Thang, the film also features Be Quyen and Yu Duong, under the direction of Luong Dinh Dung.
During filming, Hua Vi Van shared that he did not have any difficulty with action scenes thanks to his experience from the Super Project and the support of cascadeur. However, the actor confessed that he was a bit tense when facing the catfish - a symbolic detail with many metaphorical implies in the film. He said: I always feel pressured when performing with animals, both keeping the rhythm of the performance and ensuring the safety of those animals. After filming, the fish herd was released back into the natural environment.
The film's setting spans many northern and north central provinces. Hua Vi Van was especially impressed by the majestic nature in Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa, which created a poetic and mysterious atmosphere for the film. He assessed this experience as a new opportunity, helping him feel more emotional and motivated in the profession.
As the most experienced face in the group, Hua Vi Van is admired by young actors such as Xuan Thang and Be Quyen for his professionalism and dedication. He himself also hopes that his serious working style will be a source of inspiration for the next generation.
